I got this quote from KxxSxxx for Mitsubishi Electric System 4 Inverter for 3 bedroom + 1 mini study room. 1) Compressor MXY4A28VA (28,000 btu) 2) Fancoil MSYGE10VA x 4 (9,000 btu) 3) 1/2" Insulflex class 1 insulation 4) 23 SWG copper piping 5) 16mm drainage piping Warranty: 5 yrs workmanship, 5 yrs compressor & 1 yr spare parts Total damage: $3,360 nett Is the quote ok? I think Armaflex insulation is more popular. Anybody uses Insulflex before? Should I upgrade to class 0 insulation instead? Think class 1 or 0 is referring to the fire rating of the insulation right?

Hi All, I just got my keys to my new flat. I have been searching for a FSM and been reading all the threads / online but I realise that the more I read, the more confuse I am. I know nuts abt FS but I believe it is use to balance the qi and maintain the harmony etc. I dun expect FS to create miracle but I do think it's impt to have engage a competent master to help to balance and to make my family and myself being able to stay in comfortably. I do need advices from the fellow friends here how do you choose a competent FSM in the past or now? I really scare of making the wrong choice and ended up messing up instead of balancing the qi and harmony of the household. Of course, budget is one of the main concern too. Pls feel free to PM me.
