    Yeah I read about the negative comments and decided not to include them in my shortlist. Isn't funny? Despite all this bad publicity and comments, the company can still sustain. Does that mean that every customers Kenna the same kind of service?

    They have got some interesting dining tables and sofas. Saw one design of the sofa that was "design" by hommage. Pricing is pretty reasonable. Will definitely pay them a visit again once my unit is going to be ready. Service attitude is good as well though location is a bit off.

    I spoke to one of their ID recently at Expo and seems like a reliable company. The only downsize is their Condo Package doesn't include ceiling L-Box, false ceiling or cove light whereby if you take other ID company, thier Condo Package does include the ceiling carpentery work. Nonetheless, it would probably be one of my shortlisted one when I get my key.

    It really depends at the time when you are signing with the banks. SOR could be better than SIBOR at times and vice versa. Also dependable on the risk appetite on your end. SOR is generally more volatile and is probably good for now since US is not doing well.
