Hi reno guru here, Totally noob in reno. I'm going to do reno on my resale EM (corridor) near khatib mrt. I have sent request quotation to about 5 ID/contractor. So far, got quoted about the same from all. how is the renovation process go through? like step by step, meet ID>choose design>start work and so on. When can i check what material they use? Any common hidden cost? Anything to aware before signing? kitchen and bathroom reno usually come with sink/basin and W/C? (i mean in their quotation) Where can i get stainless steel gate for main door? What is the good/common material for kitchen cabinet? (any should avoid materials) Sorry so many questions. Your experience input is much appreciated.
