Its look like these furniture shops have a common traits: 1.) product specification was overlooked and ordered wrongly 2.) Delivery date postponed due to late shipment or restructuring in company 3.) Deliver poor or wrong quality product due to poor communication 4.) Zero or poor follow up with customer 5.) More importantly, they are dilligent and smart infront of potential customers. Somehow after full or partial payment was received from poor customer, these salesman become mentally challenged. Almost unable to understand simple instruction or requirements. I dunno what other excuses they can keeping. But all i know is im lucky to come across renotalk.com i hope many other forumner can stand forward to share their Good and Bad ezperiences of the furniture retailers they have shopped to.
