Btw I think it's not good for me to post my place photo in the t blog right? Cos it's not total done by Douglas ? I hope to see more bros or sis post their house on done by Douglas in the t blogs. Cause we did check with Douglas and he said he did quite a number of house from the forum but most of his clients, either does not want to share the idea or too busy with work.  Nice things must share like defelio here. Hahaha

Hi defelio, Thanks for sharing Douglas contact earlier in your post. We got our house half done by Douglas. We did not use them at first but the other contractor who we first started to use, fail us and we are on a case with them now. We stop our renovation works half way and got douglas to help us. He is really a profession and providing good services and good workmanship compare to the first I'd we enaged. Btw your house really looks and feel the best of all the blogs I seen. Wanted to build almost the same feeling like urs in the first place but the xxxxx company fall us. Sigh  We seek Douglas to help us on the half way job, he is willing to help us and compare of the workmanship and services he is giving, I can say that 95%!!! 5% maybe he is busy cause near to cny, haha. Now my brother in law house is fully renovation by him, I wonder my brother in law keen to post his pictures in the forum. The second best compare to urs I have seen so far. Feel like exchanging the house with him. .

Hi Rachel, Hope this is not too late for the reply. I was busy with the renovations works and festive seasons and holiday. Well, we did not create a account before our renovation because we are quite lazy person and do not really surf the net for forums. On august, we start to source for id's and contractors, fervor design is one of them, sad to say we did not get Douglas to do our house due to 1k price different for our 45k renovation works. I can say that Douglas has the best services in the line compare to those I met and the worst id I have use for my current house. And his work manship is much better then the one we appointed for my house. Why I can say that, we engage a "xxxxxxxxxx" company to design and renovations work, and did not get fervor design to do it because of 1 k different due to our tight budget. The xxxxx company promise us of alot of things in the start. after we sign the package the nightmare arrive. The addition cost is much higher compare to fervor design in the end!!! We Feel like being con. So we can't do anything since we have already pay them first payment. On sep, the xxxxxx company started our house renovations, nightmare part 2 started. To cut short of the long story, schedule delayed for nearly 1 month. Sigh. Their so called in house carpenters promise to come over to our place to take the measurements but we have being waiting for them to come to our place for one week. Check with the company, they say that the carpenters are very busy must wait. We feel like , why must we wait since the schedule already given to us when the carpentry should come over for the measurements and when they should come to install. One week later, another guy call me, he say he is the carpenter and wanted to come over the place to take measurements, this puzzeled me, i told him that someone from your company already take the measurements. Then he told me that the group of carpernter has no longer in the company.......  so we LL has to let them take the measurement again! Really 2 weeks wasted on letting them to measure the place! Proceed to 2 weeks later, we pray that nothing happens and all workmanship are as good as what Kelvin showed us. (Kelvin is the Id) for first week, only some structure and the kitchen cabinets done and the kitchen cabinet to us it's like half done. Then we think maybe they have not finish the things yet. 2nd week of carpentry works nothing .... No one comes to our place at all... Kelvin call and collect money. So we check with him about the other carpentry works and the kitchen cabinets. He claims that the kitchen cabinet are completed!! We are very shock... Many parts of the laminate have peel off or it's like not completed. I told him that this is not the workmanship we expected.. He reply, it's like that one. We are really confuse and angry. Then we ask when are the carpenter coming over to finish the rest of the things? He say maybe 1 week later, I told him CANNOT! Cause they already delayed so many weeks. He say sorry, no choice, cause his carpenters quited so they are finding new group of carpenter now. NIGHTMARE..... After checking with friends, we decided to sue them. We are still fighting on the case now. What a bad luck. We had told them to stop the renovation, we call up fervor design Douglas and told him what happened. He came to see our "half renovated house" he said he willing to help us the renovation but some of things which the other company has done he can't really do much, but he say he can't try. Douglas gave us a price for the remaining works, we find that it's fair and quite similar to what he quoted us before. Heng he didn't use this chance to cut throat us. Hahaha. We are really impressed of how douglas work. We did not gave him the job in the beginning. Yet he is willing to help of on cleaning up the mess!! For those bros and sis, who really want to have good sleep, I recommend you to fervor design, his service is 95%. 5% maybe he is busy. Heard that he is very busy recently due to handling over those projects that need to be completed before cny. As for his workmanship, 95%. very neat work, we have to urge to get to replace those done by Kelvin, but Douglas told us not to waste these money. He also told us that he does not want to earn our hard earn money. After listening to his advise we really find that he is very profession in this line. Now my brother in law is using them as their id. they also said that he is really good, we went to see the flooring (wet works), it's really much better than our place which is done by that stupid xxxx company. That's all i have to say. Thumbs up for fervor design and helping us on our renovation!!
