Case close for me. I don't think "newbies" should be judged. Majority are just unfortunate in this case and sharing what we have met. Hope everyone move on from this bad note and get new furnitures soon!!

Do go down to expo and look for them now. No point calling the office cos no one will be there. ... Hope everyone get back the money asap.. **Surprisingly, they are one of the sponsors for this Luxury living exhibition at expo.

We are victims here and just sharing and pouring out grievances to each other. I dont think we are wasting time... Some of us have went ahead to SCT. The problem is we dont even have the furnitures at all cos is no delivery!! Those not at our plight will not fully understand. Thanks for ur advise too.

I guess going to the Police will settle our problems faster.... This company is not going to survive in any exhibition or SG with this kind lousy screw up F@#%$ing attitude and service. Those affected pls kindly PM me.

Hi, i think i am also 1 of the cheated customers after reading these posts..... i sign during August... for $3998 confirm designs only on November... 1st delivery: 22 Dec. Only Bed frame came. Wrong. Change to the correct one but after come back the black cloth behind the frame already torn Called and complain to Elson. He mention 9 Jan or 10 Jan will have complete delivery for the rest. Today just confirm SMS. delay to 19 Jan. Called that Daren and gave me a non chalant reply. Ask me whats wrong? Then if wrong just change.. WTF!!! Say he will call me back. But i doubt so.... OMG... i dont think i can get it b4 CNY now. Can we all go down to EXPO and shout at them??? How to go about going to CASE? Will we win our case??
