Today went to look at my hse and finally my whole hse tiles and wall are all fix. They had fix up the grouting between the tiles and painted all the wall and my door. Check the level of the tiles and the workmanship. Overall can give them 9/10 and it took a total of 2 week to get all these done. The hdb contractor quite friendly and efficient. Ask him if he can help me built a kerb at the front door and he say he will go check if it can be done. 2 days later go my hse check and the things is done. So far he done all the dateline he promise, he deliver them. for him He even paint my door till very nice, can see my reflection on it Now i hope the next contract that the HDB officer said will replace all my other fitting will be as good as this one !!

It had being a long wait for the tiles to be relay. Me had just sent email to HDB to ask them to retify other defects Told them to retify by end of the mth as my reno will start first week of April. Just hope they will do it swee swee as they do the tiling then there will be no delay already

Hi, just to check with u on the above U mean u call the shop to delivery the TV to u first then u call the Samsung ppl to come and bring the wall bracket and install the tv for u on another day? Sorry to ask again cos my tv may have to be delivery to my hse first and the installation to be done later It can be done right?

Three people have died while 12 have fallen ill in cases of carbon monoxide poisoning from two models of Rinnai heaters, the company has said, with the first case of poisoning back in 2000. A Rinnai official said the company knew since 1999 that the water heaters had a safety device that stopped working after repeated attempts by users to turn the heater on following incomplete combustion. But the company, not seeing the feature as a defect, had not recalled the models. Water heaters made after late 1999 were improved to "boost safety", the official said. The company also did not make checks after a family of five, using a different heater model, died in 1992 from carbon monoxide poisoning, since police at the time said the poisoning was due to poor ventilation, the official said. The water heater deaths were front page news in major Japanese newspapers on Saturday and Sunday. The fallout risks serious damage to Rinnai's business given that it generates about 70 percent of its revenues in its home market. He give me the contractor number and told me to call myself and arrange all things with him Total damage will be ard $1.4k for the new tiles.. If we are using starhub HD service, do we connnect the hdmi cable from the s/t to yr HTS, then from the HTS connect to the tv? Is this connect correct? But in this case, u need to have a hdmi cable and another signal cable right? Anyone can advise?
