I have used many different reno contractors before but the most recent one deserves mentioning. I recently chose Baroque Dzign to do a small carpentery job. Inspite of the small cost of the job, the contractor that worked on it took it very seriously. He's name is SKY, a name you can't forget, which is really the initials of his chinese name. Can't remember what his chinese name is but his service is something I won't forget. It was a small job but with a lot of details, really not the run of the mill kind of reno but Sky was very attentive to all the details. He was careful to take note of aesthetics as well as ergonomics. I wanted to do computer worktops and he noticed that my husband who is a body builder may have problem with if I wanted measurements that suited the kids. I had rather fixed ideas about the design, but Sky and his team of carpenters took pains to put in additional aesthetic features into the carpentary without additional cost. They also delivered more than they promised. The wood provided for was reinforced and thicker than what I had expected. After installation, Sky realised that some of the carpentary was smaller than the dimensions in the quote. He made good the difference in cost by providing FOC for other items. Even after everything was paid up. Sky continued to provide excellent service and even offered to touch up other parts of the house that needed rectification. Its rare to find a reno contractor such as Sky. As his name goes I trust his career will soar with his excellent service and attitude.
