Hi, i'm thinking of hiding my printer inside my seatee infront of window. This is the idea: The printer is hiding inside seatee and when we open the seatee (open top door) the printer will appear. The printer will be in same position when the seatee door is close and open. I was thinking of L hinge.. Am i on right track? I saw something like that on transformer small house video before, where the guy put the coffee on the table and when he pull down the table to reveal the bed, the coffee is below the bed and its still in same position! I'm trying to declutter my house.. Dont want my baby to play with printer.

Hi Velarine The 2 layer curtains we got from Jimmy Textiles, we get all at reasonable pricing. about S$300 - S$500 per window depends on the fabric you choose. The shelf above the study table we get it cheap cheap from IKEA and get the contractor to fix it, as both of us not handy in this kind of thing. The contractor is kind enough to help us fix everything in the house, from shelf to small ledge. I will pm you the contractor details

Its better if you have idea on Theme that you like, from there then he can better advice you on how to design. @Adidaem: or you can opt to put a wooden railing attach on the glass. We almost do that because of parents request, but we just pretend to forget it. haha coz we like it bare. @Sandrababe: The big storage room door is without lower track, we wanted that room to be a bedroom in future. The door itself is not ex, is the thickness of the wood and the laminate that you choose makes a different. Lemme check the quotation again then i will PM you.

@Adidaem: The bathroom is the pure exhibitionist style. No blinds. Easy to view child/baby in future when showering. The glass railing is great, it is secure. the only thing about it is you need to clean it often, especially if your family need to hold something when they go up and down the stairs.

@lisic: pumped you @JJWOOF: I don't have the pictures now with me, I will send to you once I take the picture. The laminate for the whole house, we use Formica. The white is just normal white glossy. For the price I think you have to contact the contractor directly, coz the length and the requirement on the hinges make the price diff. @redmoonlight: thanks!! The bed frame is custom made and it might vary with different request or build and laminate. You can contact the contractor directly.

Hi hi Gazingstars... Thank you, we find that the woodgrains that we use make the house look scandi modern, exactly what we wanted. The magazine rack is actually for my recipe book, we get it from Ikea. They have a silver one too. Ahh, the bathroom is not small actually, just that it look long They feel that it is comfortable enough.

@Potatoes: Thanks!!! A few things missing, but hope to get it soon!!! Yes, our breakfast table is custom made and attached to the wall, the high stool is from Ikea, about 59 bucks. Step stool also from ikea.

CURRENT STUDY ROOM / FUTURE KIDS ROOM: We will place a small sofa bed over at this room as well.

PARENTS ROOM:

PRAYING HALL: We are still waiting for our 2X butterfly stool to place in this area, beside the main door. Big door to our big storage room

DINING ROOM: We will put some accessories in the ledge on that wall.

KITCHEN: Basically this room is complete. We wil buy a few herbs to place in the 3 small pots hanging on the window.

As promised, below is al the pictures for the final of the renovation. We are so glad that our contractor able to deliver whats on our mind to the real product. We love the home!! LIVING ROOM: We planned to put more cushion with strong colours and put a few decoration in that 2 strip hole in the wall. Some decoration in the right corner of TV wall.

@Potatoes: Ya, only the Kitchen is ready, coz we need cook water n food, plan to stay wholeday in the house to pack. Hope to update more pictures of the rest of the room soon!!

Preview of the kitchen (Still need to get the 2 x wooden stool for our breakfast table, the washing machine and dryer is not there yet too..) We just clean all the utensils, pots pans and the rest of the items, so the kitchen is still abit messy I'll post the complete one soon!! Enjoy!!
