I had a set of one of the Yamaha soundbar that I bought during courts expo sales and 2 days ago bought a Philips Ambisound HTS9140/98 at $980. I would say that the philips Ambisound is so much better than Yamaha. And phlips Ambisound have a build in blu-ray player. As for Yamaha, you need to buy another player to add on. I was so amused by the sound quality of the philips soundbar, Yamaha will have to stand aside... Just my point of view ya....

These 2 days backside itchy itchy go look at furnitures and home theater system... So tempted to buy some furnitures I like but will only collect my keys in May and finish Reno in June So afraid that there are no more stocks when June come, then I will Regret! Today at Audio House and itchy again bought a home theater system and got to move to my current house and to new house again later... Jia ba kah eng!!! I saw this the other day at star furniture, going for $596 with a bench and 2 stools. Didn't get it cos wanted white. Do they have white? Did not ask the sales girl cos was so fedup with her attitude, ask when the offer till and her reply was 'you want you buy now, how I know my boss wanna offer till when?' **** TL with her so I just walk away.

Hi all, Yes, people are laughing at me when i told them the price. Its actually at Bedok Central, located next to Bedok point. No reno was done up by previous owner, means i need to do up the whole place except for 2 toilets, kitchen and service balcony which are done up by HDB. Prime? I wouldn't say that but it's in Bedok Central that's why. Initially i was shock to know that the house was valued at 415k but come to think of it, the estate is only 1.5 years old and looking at the past transactions for that estate, 3rooms are selling at 455k and 4rms between 620-650k so i think that its still ok. Will be collecting my keys in May, reno will start and hopfully will be able to move in by June.

I just sold my 4rm a few days ago at cck at a cov of 15k and bought a 3rm at a cov of 20k. Sold my 4rm at 400k and bought the 3rm at 435k. The valuation of the 3rm is 415k , and saw HDB transaction for the past few months the 4rm in the same estate sold between 620-640k. Another But anyway that estate only 1.5 years old. Special case that's why owner can sell....

One of my uncle that lives in shanghai bought it from there and I've been to his house and the quality are not bad at all. But do take note that there are lots of different seller and quality may be different. I'm gonna be the guinea pig first, just ordered six rolls and cost me less then a hundred bucks excluding shipping. Shipping by air for 1st kg is around $8 and cheaper thereafter. I'm not doing sales for the website, just to share some cheap stuffs. Can't buy directly from that website thou but can go thru another agent website that will purchase for you with a fee. Please note that this would be a DIY project, else you'll have to look for your own contractor to paste it for you. Hi all, Would want to mention a little of Tiler Seng of their prompt and quick response. I was searching for id and contractor to renovate my new bought resale 3 room flat. While browsing thru this website, I've noticed Tiler Seng. PM them and got a response from them the next day, emailed them my floor plan and requirements and quote came in within 2days. I must say that their response are quick, am impressed by their quick response and don't talk about it's close to cny when I asked for the quote. Most of the id that I've called keep asking me to call back after cny. From their response, I can tell that they don't take their customers lightly. After getting the quote, found that I need to add some other things to my actual plan and this guy Dion(sorry don't really know they are id or contractors)actually take the effort to meet up with me during cny. From the conversation I had with him, I can tell that they are much more cheaper then id and also more knowledgeable. When he purpose something to you, he will not only tell you but draft it out for you to have a visual feel of it. Now, I'm waiting for him to re-quote me and crossing my fingers that it will be within my budget. Thank you Designer House for taking someone so seriously even before they sign any contract with you. I engaged an ID firm for my reno of 4room flat 3yrs ago. The ID never even provide any design ideas to me, instead I've got to tell her what I want and provide her a drawing. At the end of the day, I never see my ID there unless meeting up for payment. I think I was there to do the coordinating work more then my ID. Even the contractors are complaining that the ID is always nowhere to be found and never instruct them what to do. In the end I gave all the contractors my number and they call me directly if they have doubts and get the job done immediately instead of waiting for my ID. Now that I'm selling my house and getting another one near my parents. I think I might as well go for direct contractors. Same headache anyway but at least can save on ID that does nothing. So please, if you have any lobang of direct contractor please PM me their numbers. Thanks.
