    legal debt collector might be of no use ... since the company is an empty shell all the while, nothing for the debt collector to take

Secondly excellence is also watching the tread so they know what steps u are taking and will counter defend. I seriously suspect shawncck is their competitor and trying to stir trouble. Just my thoughts..
