probably going to go with M1 , my current house uses M1. Any of you guys shifted yet ? my house is ready liao , but now shift in like very dusty and noisy and alot of bangala walking ard. Maybe will shift in mid april.

i just checked , our area expected installation date is ard june 2012 , i think all the new flat do not come with open net yet.

I bought @ clementi courts during the grand opening @ 20% off. recently bought fridge and washer from Kong Tai Electrical @ jurong west , their price comparable with Everjoint. Washing machine prices are one the rise Fridge bought Hitachi - RZ-481EMSX Washer bought Electrolux - 10751 . never buy dryer , think can make good use of the wind @ my service yard haha.

cool ... will check them out soon. fridge i already shortlisted a mitsubishi fridge liao. Cos i looking for one of those that have a separate door for the veggie compartment , so total will have 3 doors. Not much choices in the market now , more economical one is the mitsubishi one. Aimed hitachi leh , but alot of place say out of stock cos of the thailand flood,they need half a year then can slowly recover their stock. - heard this from gain city sales , dun know true anot , other than that , heard alot of good stuff about hitachi fridge. washer i looking @ electrolux at this point of time. yar i intending to get from either everjoint , or kong tai for my fridge and washer , heard alot about them on the forums. Still got one more Goh Ah Bee. Still deciding on fridge model. Very hard to decide ... washer lagi worse .. harder to decide. How you all decide what washer/dryer to buy huh ? look out for what stuff ?

Hi Yogi Your @ the same floor with me ? Reno started liao , floor and painting done , just installed air con yesterday. lights are going up this friday i think. saw the unit beside me doing flooring yesterday as well.

Hi all I'm @ block 476D , 10th floor 4 room , anyone here my neighbour ? haha. I think the main issue i am facing is the positioning of the fridge in the kitchen , no matter where you place it , the depth of the fridge will confirm protude out. Stupid 2 sided depth of 600mm... Renovation started liao , tiling done and moving on to painting and electrical works i guess. Total reno cost upwards of 25k there about.
