bathtub sizes starts from 140cm, but i would advise against that unless you are really short. a 170cm should be just nice, translate to 150cm of actual resting place. the contractor will need to build the tiled structure to let the bathtub sit inside, or you can get one of those freestanding ones. i was also evaluating a couple free standing ones with built-in jacuzzi, but decided against that, since a built-in one should be easier to clean and maintain in the long term. lastly, i think you need at least 180cm wall to wall space to install a decent size tub. i think my extra costs consist of constructing the longbath structure, the extra half wall, the mini glass door, as well as a dedicated 30L water heater tank. i take a bath like 3 times or more a week, so i think it was money well spent.

colgate stains also very difficult to remove.....you can almost try to use colgate to re-color your black blanco.

i've been to both the first and second floor plan. the first one feels a lot bigger, and also can be easily reconfigured if you want to. second one is really crampy.....but you do get a good view of the national day fireworks (depending on your balcony orientations....)

if you can use 2 compressors, seriously consider it. this will allow the individual blowers to have draw more "power" from the compressors. on a hot day (note the every worsening global warming) this will allow the blowers to be more efficent in dispensing the welcoming cool air. (as well as the trucking to be short and efficient) i'm staying in an older block which is facing the 8.5Amp loading constraint, so i was not able to do it.

i had similiar problems during my renovations, and the shop(that i bought my stuff from) actually send it's own in-house technical service staff to come over to assist in the problems. try asking if you shop has a person like this.
