life savior arrived....need the fan and air cleaner. due to aircon still non-operational yet, and the amount of dust the mrt construction is generating. rice cooker, blender, garment steamer, jet turbine fan, air purifier, tower fan, humidifier, induction cooker, wmf pot. all for the princely amount of 728.

tried the 9w warm.....don't like. i think i still prefer the overwhelming lights.

EF. no need to replace a whole dryer. after that incident, then i realise it is basically a steel/mdf board casing, a steel drum, and a top control panel. it is likely they replace only the control panel. they will come tomorrow. let me "sweet talk" my way into a free replacement.

yup. too much. switch on one light (3 bulbs) already very bright. will try to swop with smaller wattage bulbs (from 19W to 9W) and see how it goes.

can try. it should be a nut that can be adjust via spanner. someone need to be in the house when you adjust though so that they can take you when you got the right one. when you find it....remember to do a paint marking on it so you will know next time.

**** happens....did a washing machine test to test the water flow inbound and outbound. as the washing machine came towards the end of the spinning cycle, it shook violently, and the dryer which is stacked on top came crashing to the ground. check out the "Scar" below. called customer service and they suspect that the violent spinning is due to a transport bracket that is still afix to the washing machine, resulting in the accident.

super KS me....scared not bright in kitchen, so added 9 19w E27 in kitchen. and then choose full height mirror finish for my storage section door to amplify the light. if you view the unit from the ground floow, it feels like a strong blast of light coming from inside my unit.

might not work in "newest" flats. only oldies enjoy this design flaw....lol.

your contractor.....this is what you do. you take shower. contractor goes to ground floor. he adjust the water setting of one of many pipes. then he calls you and ask " got water or not" you say....."ya, still showering" so contractor will try another pipes and call you and ask again. when you managed to say "wth....why you turn off my water supply" this is when he will get the right pipe. he can now turn the supply to the other direction to get max water flow. i also dun know this is true or not....this is what was said to me by the ex-owner, so claims he adjusted the setting to mid, in order to cut his water bills.

minimum standard is 2 KAM (oranges) la.....whether new or recycled also never mind. lol.
