lol....i never say how frequently i clean hor... that is the reason why i want to wax my tiles, so i only need to clean them once quarterly....

you just reminded me that i need another trip there. to get some missing "spare parts" as well as to look at table lamps.

no need la....i like cleaning.

but i plan wrongly....a quarter of the space are like a chinese medicine shop drawer system. lol.

i'll have 3 cleaner aunties on my house warming day what..... p.s....bad joke.....i take it back.

yes. sharp eyes....heehee yup, this is the extra hanger space in my storeroom. the shop (that sells me the bracket) has many different kinds of track accesories, like those you see in a clothing shop. i may play around next time and expand the bracket system to include more storage area. mine 20ft. heehee....

i also enjoy squashing...but if i don;t clean the spot, they will leave a body-shape on the white top overnight.

track light is charged at about 2 lighting points. electrician also have to eat... i also budgetted 1k for lights. and when i go to SG shops, i know sure die not enough. so i went to best light in jb (the one that BY went as well), and in the end, still spend like 1.5K. but half of it was spend on my LED downlights though.

if you have a spare section of a wall to spare, can consider this as well. the brackets are mounted to the wall, and the hangers are connects to the brackets. the whole assembly cost $40.

no matter how cheap, it's still 16 lighting points in my living room....still heart pain

lol...if my old dog is still around, i would also leave the old tile as is.

sigh.....i've 25 downlights.....no one tell me about that previously. learn the hard way.
