  1. no la....only the 2 front bookshelf speakers only. location in sembawang. on the way home, took a wrong turn and was on BKE to Johor. If i crossed MY customs with the speakers in my car, the custom officer eyes sure blink blink one....haha.
  2. when i was renovating i still not find a TV console design i like. so i decided to take it slow, stay in for a year first, before deciding. What you see now is $120 worth of swedish designed products. which laminate are you talking about? the floor? it's "montreal oak", if i recall correctly.

  7. the steamer works well only on certain fabrics. when i go tailor, i specifically tell her i'm using a steam iron, and she meets to reject my choice of fabric that requries a traditional iron. p.s. BY. make new clothes in BKK!
  8. i just realized your floorplan and mine are 98.7% similiar. but yours is 10sqm bigger....nice!
  9. i got not so small kitchen. but no woks or big pots! only a fake happy call.
  10. just sharing my experience. the initial quote is based on per unit rates. e.g. one double gang is $45/EA, let's say. if you do a certain volumne, the price may fall to $40/EA. and if there are "piggyback" items, e.g in one location you do 4 double gang together, the cost to the electrician is pretty low, as he does not have to drag the wire and do trunking for the 3 other. so you can ask for a little discount. after final bill come, can still ask for a Grand Total Discount, e.g. 5%, 10%. this however, depends on whether you are dealing with a company that is more chin chai and thus open to negotiations, as they understand a happy customer would mean future referrals. you also need some sweet talking skills of course. hope this helps.
  11. coming coming.....you cook BKT ya.

  15. slowly steady. make sure you get everything right the way you want it to be. anyway one advise from me. before the flooring guy starts laying, make sure they inspect the level of the concrete flooring to make sure it is absolutely flat.
