technically, is this a criminal trepass?

i once saw a yellow glass top hob in geylang before. really tempted to buy it then.

albert....ask you a question. in my bathroom, there is this spot (refer to pic below) that basically never drys out, even after 1 days of no water activity inside the bathroom. there is also extra mineral buildup (those white powdery thing) in that area. any ideas what is the reason of this, and any thing i can do to rectify? e.g. apply silicon, extra grout...etc.

yup. off-white glossy. i realized this color is super low maintenance. i did not realize it was dirty until i run my fingers thru it. lol

PM'ed. I'd use a lot of daiso baskets (those Made in Japan ones) to help with the organization inside the drawers. They are cheap, looks good, and work great.

try lifespace concept in midview city. if their 60-80% sale is stil one, you may be able to find some nice looking pieces at unbelievable prices. you should be able to see some reference pics in rogeryap's or the geylang apartment;s blog.

i bought this from amazon. <USD30 with free domestic shipping. you would flow in water from the top (i.e. the blue section). If fully filled up, it would take about 15 minutes for the water to pass throught the filter (which is the bullet looking thing inside) before the filtered water flows to the bottom section. this pitcher can dispense about 18 glass of water. there are various pitcher size available, but it like this one because of it's slim profile.

i was also evaluating a filter attachment to the water source, but i choose this 18 glass pitcher instead.

zenterra charges me $50 per LAN (Cat 5E) point in january. i added 6 points then. Cat5E transfer rate is up to 400MB/S. i think Cat6 is at least 2.5 times faster. but Cat5E is good enough. i use media player to stream over network. No lag at all. it is not difficult to DIY, but it will be ugly as you wil need new trucking. and maybe have to tear up existing trunking if it currently allows you to pass thru a wall.

the laminate tried to replicate the texture of the oak, with lots of grooves, and also a kinda rough rustic texture. so it always feels "no so clean" even when it is (hopefully).
