This ever happened once when I tried baking chicken wing at high temp of 200 as normally we din use so high temp .. Trip then we re on then everything is ok ..

Help needed . Today while baking 1/2 way, my hub opened the oven and tried testing the different function switches I saw smoke or mayb water vapor ? and it suddenly caused a power trip . Re on the main box then once we tried on-ing the oven it will cause power trip again.. Tried afew time but every time it will cause a power trip . Any advise ? Some said is moisture inside the oven. Or some element in the oven is spoilt . Fuse is spoilt ... I dunno should I find electrician or the fujioh service ctr.

Hoo icic .. actually me still thinking wanna bank loan or HDB loan ?? But if i choose HDB loan, my sales proceed of my old place i know HDB will take away 1/2 and put in our new plc .. for bank loan, we need to pay the 5% downpayment in cash ...

Hmmm i also thought that agent would get referral fee or comm when we take up bank loan ? Actually i didnt know about it, but i read from other forum then agent do get a comm if we take up bank loan .. but i m okie wit the idea ... heheee ... : )

Hi Albert, oo okieokie .. ya i know can nego wit the agent de... like 1% each or wat ... we currently only saw 1 agent .. he was saying he will only chrg either for selling or buying and max comm to $10k bt i dun know the %... act i was thinkin wanna max at $8k... cos if each 1% i think we haf to pay at least $11-12k which i think is high n sinic we taking bank loan think he can take referral fee too . thanks soo much for ur info ..
