I just got a quote from Boon Huat ID to paint my whole house - masionette flat for $2000 using Nippon 3-in-1 and weather-shield for the balcony. Is this quote reasonable ?

Has anyone heard of Boon Huat Interior Design or Wynnie's Creation ? I am thinking of engaging them to renovate my home. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks

I am also looking for a tiling contractor to do some minor tiling. My house bedroom ceramic tiles has popped up and about 20 pieces has broken. So I wanted to find some similar white tiles to patch them. I saw a couple of tiler on Straits Times Classified and have contacted two of them. They quoted me about $500 labour to hack and relay the 20 tiles. Is this reasonable ?

Anybody heard of Full Yee Renovation & Construction Contractor. Recently he quoted me for a painting job for my house and suddenly disappear into thin air....find this Mr Tey very irresponsible guy. If he is not keen, should not waste my time.

Hi, I am looking for a contractor to do some painting and renovation for my house. After reading newspaper and searching online, it seems that there are so many contractors in Singapore. One of my biggest worry is to encounter an unreliable & irresponsible contractors. Maybe someone can share their bad encounters so that I can avoid them. Many thanks.
