hi! i am currently using a Rinnai water heater reu-8cg. i have seen raves about this product... BUT! has anyone encountered condensation or too much water vapour escaping from this water heater during use? im asking becuse mine fill the whole laundry area with water vapour, resulting in moisture/droplets all over the pipes, ceiling n wall - within a minute after water is switched on in the shower. i have city gas people coming over to look at what was wrong. so far, the water heater was relocated lower, a cover built to prevent (another problem) flame being extinguished, an ugly diy 'fabrication' built over the top of the heater... but nothing is working. its so serious that the whole ceiling is wet wihin minutes. am i the only one with this problem? we may have to get a new heater, but does all gas water heater have this problem? pls help n contribute your experiences, thank you much much!
