  2. Hi Lin, Really sorry to hear that. We visited their showroom/office before. It is just like a warehouse to keep their display set which are used in the expo shows. I am lucky enough to get back my refund without going to SCT. However, I would like to advise to you to go to SCT asap in order to get back your money. They always give many lame excuses and empty promises.
  3. For mattress, most likely they are able to deliver on time because they just order from local supplier. In my case as well, the only thing arrived on time is the Mattress which was delivered directly by MaxKoil.
  4. Totally agree with you. We did go to CASE and they just simply ignore the letter from CASE. Go directly to SCT.

  6. Yes. My case has been settle in 15th Feb which is 12 Days ago. (NOT long enough compare to your 3 months delay) I don't need your favour if you delivered all the furniture on 8th Nov 2011. ok? 1. Do you ever consider that I was applying leave and waiting for your stupid furniture and no body inform? 2. My phone bill to chase your irresponsible sales people. (You guys only take action and call me after this thread has become so popular in this forum). 3. Also note that, we accept your bed frame and mattress at your original price. If I ask for those compensation, that will be more than what you offer to me.

  11. The Current Status of the people claiming that they are being affected by Excellence Home Gallery Hi all, I am not sure what is the situation right now. So I read through the whole thread and post the list and status. Please correct me if I miss out anyone.

  13. Yesterday, Elson called me and agree to refund in cash. We also agree that we take the wrong design sofa at S$1.2k. They will move dinning table, coffee table and tv console back on 15 Feb and refund me the remaining cash on the same day. See how the things going on at 15th Feb.
  14. Hi All, No call is received yet till today! We just decided to go to Small Claim Tribunals tomorrow to claim back full refund. We have procedures and forms in hand. Hey albertchng, thx 4 ur suggestion. Wonder why we had freaking patience!! WTH!! Hey fedup, before u go down to their office, u'd better make appointment with them to ensure there is somebody (Elson) there. Dun tell him u're gonna make big noise or u may never catch them at the office. Some more it's just a warehouse!

  17. Hi All, As per fedup's suggestion, we wrote email about how they are irresponsible to not only FullHouse sales@fullhouse.com.sg but also SG Furniture Assoc enquiry@sfa.org.sg on 5th Jan 2012. But we have not received any reply or any call from anyone till today!!! We recently noticed the sofa design is not what we ordered. We already complaint to Daren and he told me he would check with Elson. After talked to Elson, there is no "how-they-are-gonna-settle". Never got a call from them since then. The coffee table, TV console and free carpet will be sent on 16/1/2012, they promised. Let's see if the items are delivered on time. We asked for some refund for what we suffered. My wife was negotiating with Elson but he is not willing to make cash refund, instead giving extra furniture as presents like 2 dinning chairs or ornaments. But we do not accept what he offered yet. For us, we do not want to pay full balance amount. But now the big problem comes cos the sofa design is wrong! So for the worst (if negotiation might fail) we may also go to Small Claims Tribunal to get full refund. What a f*** lousy Excellence Home Gallery!! They DO waste our resource, time and money!!
  18. For us, I even can't remember how many times already. They don't care the letter from CASE which I hand over to them. So no point go through CASE. Anybody has any idea to get back our money???? Thank you very much for your sharing...
  19. Finally received the dinning table on 28th Dec 2011. However, the TV console, Coffee Table and Carpet postpone to 18th January which is late more than 2 months from the date they promise to deliver. We handover the letter from CASE but they neglect it. They resist to refund or give any compensation to us until now.
  20. For us, we haven't received any additional furniture yet. We called them and nobody answering the call. We went to CASE and gave the letter from CASE to them, however they didn't take any action until now.
  21. Hi All, Again & again, the day 18/12/11 was ended and NO furniture was delivered and no one informed us in advance. I guess it must be their practice after getting 75% down-payment from the customers. That Excellence Home Gallery is really freaking disturbing us and wasting our time!! Superuser: Thank you for your sharing. Of course, they have sweet talk only when persuading potential customers to close the deal. To our experience, they only have SOUR talk (sometimes even NO talk cos they can hardly contacted) after that. Anyway you are quite fortunate because you didn't fall into their trap.
