Hi.. Your house is simply GORGEOUS!!  We are only getting our keys to our resale flat in March. After viewing the pictures of your house, hubby and i were dead set to 'chope' Mr Yeak.. In fact, we have arranged to meet Mr Yeak tonight.. Hopefully Mr Yeak is able to take on our house project and quote a reasonable fee.. Insya'allah.. 
