i suppose you are the moving out tenant from the way you described. but you said the landlord's agent is collecting a fee from you which doesn't make sense since he is not acting for you. hence, it's absolutely alright to challenge the agent what fee he/she is collecting from you. unless there is some form of agreement beforehand between landlord tenants and agent.

Love the fan, but please don't expect strong wind like KDK.

Wow! You must have equipped with all the handy equipment. Think it's kinda challenging to self install. However, I am more afraid that if done wrongly, it might spoil the lock.

i am using Supreme, 8mm thickness, malaysian tropical wood which was explained to me that is supposed to suit our climate rather than those from Europe, not sure though but sounds logical. Service is good and friendly. Got it at $3000 nett for my 4rm flat (3bedrooms + living room)

Hi Kim76, we seems to have a few items in common. But mine is the square one instead cos too many round ones make me blur blur....and i have gotten the black haiku too....if only pocket deep enough, would have gone for the bamboo series -
Hi SClofthouse, care to share where and how much u got your tv console? Cos grafunct's too pricey for me. Been hunting for cheaper alternative. Thanks

price should have went to to $900 region now got a forummer here, Jerome is selling or u can check out the retails out there
-
if u r doing a small project like this only, contractor sure won't give u a cheap price since their earning is little. i would think any contractor can do it. Just instruct them according to what your master preach u to do will do. Or best get your master around to teach them on the spot.

maybe u should indicate the shop name here for ppl to refer -
I am still contemplating over inverter or non-inverter. My air con guys told me if I am going for system 2, actually no need inverter. Probably savings is quite negligible. I am most likely gonna on for like 8-10hr daily for one unit. The other unit most likely be in used only 2-3 years later at least after my child sleeps alone. Anyone actually can substantiate their savings over their electricity bill on the before and after inverter air con installed. Thanks

U got it at good price and prolly with shipping fee, u save abt at least $200 i reckon. i got it at $800+ if i din remember wrongly, and that was quite sometime ago, so not sure if price has increased not. Now i am contemplating over the speaker stand, cos i am afraid it might topple easily since i have kid at home
