Seem we have the same workers, 1 big size local Indian and 1 very thin blanga/indian worker. The very thin blanga/indian worker is very hardworking albeit inexperienced. My casings were also unevenly laid with gaps at the adjointing corners.

Haa, before i encountered all these problems with Sebastian, i also recommended a friend to him. My friend's electrical work also very small and on the appointed day to do the electrical work, Sebastian didn't turn up. My friend called him many times and he also didn't bother to return calls.

Would you mind sharing how much is your electrical wiring work? I also regret i didn't take photos of his shoddy work so that i can post them here. Maybe yours is nice & good cuz he did your unit personally. For most of us victims, i reckon the work was done by his workers (2 indians), not himself personally. When i signed up with him, he promised to do my hse personally but he didn't keep his promise.

While you have heard so many people suffering because of Sebastian poor work ethics & time mgt skill, you are continuing to promote him indirectly here. If he really did such a good job for you, would you mind inviting us to your place to see his excellent work? I admit he has been responsive to most of my calls & smses, he did not MIA on me. But i still cannot accept the quality of his work & terminated his services. I suffered losses in the thousands by terminating his services but i have no regrets because my new electrician told me the wirings were a mess. Sebastian's workers had wired the normal powerpt wirings tapping on the aircon wires. I asked Sebastian about it, and he said is ok, no issue on the power voltage. And guess what? My good friend's hubby who is an electrical engineer, told me that this is against HDB rule. I almost unknowingly flouted HDB rule because of 1 unethical electrician. So if i ever get fined by HDB, who would pay the fine? Me right? I don't know why you still can joke about bazi here.. when we are trying very hard to clear up the mess left by Sebastian and feeling the pain on spending more money to engage new electrician...

I am also a victim of Jae Electrical's shoddy work. There are many other electricians recommended in this forum, if GFS is a competitor, he/she needs not single out Sebastian to share her experience.

I am also a victim of JAE Electrical. We engaged Sebastian to rewire the whole house. Shoddy work and irresponsible. Sebastian did not personally check on the work done by his workers which they anyhow do. Some sockets backing done by his workers have big cracks around the opening which the wires go through and casing were also not joined/sealed properly. My new electrician got to do quite alot of rectifying work to the wiring, wire casing and sockets. Somemore his workers made big holes on some of the walls when they did the drilling but didn't bother to seal back/touch-up with plaster. His workers didn't dispose off the rubbish properly and Town Council called my ID. Really give me & my ID alot of headache.
