Yes, ME parts are really fragile. Last time when I tested Toshiba , the fan coil seem it's a bit noisy then ME. BUt most important it's the comfort of the product you've chosen.

I've called for ME on how ME servicing in SGP compare with mitsubishi Heavy, and was told the ME are specialize in commercial & home and they've servicing center and qualify servicing technician in SGP While Mitsubishi Heavy doesn't have any servicing center. I've also called ME for servicing , they're professional and responsive (within 1 working days or same day you've called). If you would consider after service supports, I'd suggest you to get ME if you choosen "Mitsubishi" product's. Daikin product was good but I'm not sure the latest range, by reading the technical spec of latest model, it's quite advance. My experience with Daikin was it's quiet and very sensitive, the parts quality and design are better, and also save electrical bill.

Hi Kst, You might just want to consider using just one condenser MXY-4A28VA or MXY-4A38VA , both able to support 10+10+13+26 . Most of us don't turn on all the fan-coil , looking at your case I believe you might only use 3 fan-coils together, however, I think MXY-4A38VA meet your requirement.

Air-con better go for Japanese brand.. Make in whatever country should be Ok, it's depend on your luck or fate if it really break down, installer skill and techque are also importants.

My case is related to condenser unit(the big one outside the house), there are couple of vaults which handle different set of Fan coil, one of my fan-coil vault was always in an open mode which have causes "cool" air from the FC in the living room after I turn on the unit in my room, it developed water inside the Fan coil, causing to dip water (like leaking). After the vault and sensor were replaced the problem seem be to resolved. However, still need to monitor..

The servicing guys came to fix my problem today. At 1st I also have the same though but this issue happen almost 10months after usage which I think wrong installed won't be possible. I asked the servicing guy and was told it's related to design and usage issue. If you're interested to know, I can PM you. After all these guys are courtesy and explain this issue to me nicely. Anyway still need to monitor for awhile.

I've being using my master room air-con during nite time which is cool and normal, however, another fan-coil in my main hall which wasn't turn on having water leaking out, then I take a closer look and open the cover , the coil inside is cooler but the fan is not turning and the LED didn't light up, the are water from the fan coil also. This happen about 15min after I've turn on my master room air-con. It just happen yesterday, WHAT COULD be WRONG??? I'll call for servicing since it's under warranty period . Anyone have this problem before???

Your's definitely not right! if just lighting alone then it should be normal. However, if you want to go for QC with PUB then you've be bare the cost. You can blacklist this guys whom installed for you!

ai ya, global warming mainly cause by number of forest being reduced, so if a country want to advanced or develop then it's not easy to achive, it maybe the Earth orbit nearer to to Sun. Icic. Actually good insulation depend on workmanship and material used, for the insulation material the best is the white color type, it come in pair (incoming and outgoing)and the copper pile are seal together with the white insulator, these would prevent leakage also.

European's brand , single unit. Nowaday newer model non-inverter for low usage are still ok. Again, if you're planning to use it every nite then inverter system would be recommended. Should be less then 2K or around 1900 or lower, inc installation.

My experience with non-inverter had definitely cost more even low consumption. Whichever type's , your bill would be around at least $50 more if you use air con. I've a invert system having it run almost 9hr (13 BTU)in average and the elect bill come to about $60 comparing with non-invert type where it cost about $20 more.
