yes. One big-sized local indian and 2 banga/indian foreign workers. Three of them did the work badly, ccracked my kitchen wall tiles, uneven laying of casing. gave the big indian a fridge o the first day, he carted away, only to find out he left it on the lift lobby. Strangely, it disappeared a week later when they were supposed to turn up to do the wiring. Sebastian and his workers went MIA, including the fridge too.

Pricing is very reasonable with free lightings installation if you purchase the lights from them. Lightings pricing is good, eg PLC downlights 18x2 volts at $22 with malaysiamade balast or $26 with alto balast. 68998398

Hi Haha08, Truly sorry to hear wht you have gone through with tht id***. Dont mean to curse him, he obviously like to use his family members' death as an excuse for not turning up. Seems more and more reno members are writing abt the bad experiences with him. I was really afraid when i first posted such negative reviews on him last week(think i am the first one to do so), thinking tht i would likely get bombarded after such glowing reviews of him. Now, i consider myself very lucky as my contact with him was brief and i managed to get my refund back after hearing all these terrible stories abt him. HI Doel0303, Yes, i am indeed very lucky tht i managed to get Mr lye( the boss) form Zenterra to do the wiring the very next day after sebastian stood me up. He probably took pity on me after i told him my sad story despite his very heavy schedule. Wiring was completed last Saturday and they will be installing the lightings this coming Monday. Zenterra workers, Daniel the supervisor and himd team of workers, esp Ah Huat are very obliging and they know their work well. wWorkermanship,quality of electrical casing et and pricing so much more superior than Sebasitian'S. Highly recommend Zenterra.

He contacted me on Thursday mrning (24/11) after I wrote the bad reviews about him on this forum the day before(Wed).I sent him many smses, made many unanswered calls, the last sms being tht he have to refund me the deposit by Sunday, failing which i hve no hesitation to report him to the relevant authorities. Gave him a reminder call on Saturday abt his promise to refund. he called me after he did the fund transofer on Sunday mrning. At least, he kept his promise this time and am glad to take back the deposit. i have only his mobile number 9035 3559. youcan try to call him, hopefully he answers the phone. good luck.

Hi Hwaa, You are very wrong if you think tht we are sabotaging Sebastian. I have his black n white quotation, the deposit receipt and the refund he made to me. Whatever his intention is to selectively choose which clients he decides to serve well, I am not interested. As fellow renotlak member, i benefit greatly form the comments and reviews given here and am obliged to contribute and share my experiences renovating my house. You are very lucky tht you are not his victim and do not have to go through the stress and headache when he goes MIA, hve sympathy for those we are.

Hi glad u managed to engage ZenterrA as when I met mr lye yesterday to purchase lightings, he told me too busy to accept any more jobs. Right choice to engage them. Lightings are comparatively cheaper n free installation provided. Highly recommend ZenterrA .

Latest Update.. SEbastian has refunded me the deposit . Credit to him for keeping his promise.

Wiring al completed this afternoon n am very pleasd with the workmanship. Ah huat n his colleague , Zul did most of the work. Ah huat is very obliging. Decided to add in an extra SCV point last min n he obliged willingly though the casing wer already closed. Very positive group of workers. Mr lye , the boss is wonderful. Called him yesterday wanting to make partial payment n he told me ban ban lye, don't kancheong. Really grateful to him. Wil be going to his shop to buy lightings tomorrow. Do give ZenterrA a call . Am very happy with their work n pricing. Mine was on the 25/10 through this forum, i have engaged the services of the main contractor, Lina form home sweet Home; Aron from Imperial (air-Con),Yuki form Heritage(sanitory ware) and am most plseased with their services, especially Lina,(tracy's recommendation) very accomodating and patient. Hi Nellynutt, have emailed you the quotation. You probably can secure a better quotation as i did not bargain at all due to my situation. Am just glad he is willing to do the job for me immediately. Just checked the trunking and wiring after work and am very satisfied with the workmanship as compared to the shoddy work done by JAe. 80 pct of the work done. Shld be complete by tomorrow. Update... Daniel of ZenterrA came with 2 workers, started work right away. . Quality of trunking material n workmanship very good.. Am very satisfied thus far. Can choose legrand clipsal mk or house brand all same charge. Do give mr lye a call. Think is the boss, not sure. Will be patronising his shop this weekend to buy lights from him to enjoy free installation. 68998398 Zenterra engring. Wiring expected to be done by tomorrow. Told him my sad story n he was sympathetic. He wasnt avaiable to end nxt week n I was prepared to wait. surprisingly i received his quotation within 2 hours(cheaper than Sebastian) I accepted his quotation without bargaining. He called back an hour later and arranged his worker, Daniel to view my unit on the same evening. Daniel looked around the apartment n was helpful and gave us his advice. He seems professional and was efficient. He will come to my apartment this AM to do the trunking and wiring. He didnt request for a deposit as he was aware of our situation.
