the lights are new (2 months old). I climb up check. wrt ballast. my contractor actually told me to get downlights with ballast. forgot what he said about it. we checked and was told NO nEED for ballast! so we didnt get downlights with ballast.

where you get your track lights? how much? my kitchen lights hor...switch on liao takes a while to light up. dont know why. ballast?
