Worth Buying Old Hdb

Yea, I should make that habit..... -
That's why I chose one that has drainer with the top mount so that cut food and all wet preparation can be done on the drainer platform itself. This way, the water can easily sweep into the sink. Only problem is that the whole sink is over a meter long. For my case, it's 1.16 meter. It can be shorter is just select 1 big bowl + drainer....

Worth Buying Old Hdb

You sure open carpark is a Pro? More convenient, true but - There will be less unit for everyone to vie - Open to beatings of the weather - Open to bird poo, fallen leaves, tree bark - No place to wash car by yourself - Prone to outsider car park on the road and block your car -
In the case of bank loan you can choose not to touch CPF, but for HDB loan, you bet!

I prefer top mount than undermount. Reason is, in case in future want to change sink, can easy take out. Undermount would not be possible. Also, if the person who cooks is the chor lor type, (like my mum), she always hit the wok at the rim of the sink. So, if undermount, the contact point would be the table top. Look wise, undermount is nicer. Also, it's easier to sweep any water from the table top into the sink. As for what kind of bowl, it's up to individual. To me, I must make sure the bowl is big enough for my my house wok. Also, since I am using topmount, I decided to select one that has a drainer platform so that cutting of food can be done on the drainer and then can easily sweep the water onto the sink. The image sample you posted seems to be all metal type. Not considering granite type? I chose this one: Nera colour http://www.acrysil.com/vivaldi_two_bowl_drainer.html

You can choose to pay monthly installment via cash or CPF but if you take HDB loan, you must use all existing CPF money that you have at the time of purchasing the HDB. However, there is a way to overcome this 1) Sell your house first 2) Go buy some investment via CPF money to lock away that money 3) Buy a new house 4) Sell away the investment to put back the money.

Must see the details of the renovation laa...
-
Nope.... If you look at the floorplan, you can see that there is not much maneuvering option.
-
Yea, I'm doing both now and see if the price is competitive. Thing is, windows and grills can be done separately, so it shouldn't interfere with the renovation. I may even do it after all the reno is done....

Does anyone have a good lobang? After going for final inspection of the house before handing over, thinking of changing all the windows as well. Currently, the plan is only changing the window grills.
-
Yea, it could be worse.... Sigh, talk about toilet, the common toilet's design is poor. The door is directly facing the shower area! Hopefully rain shower will minimize the water splashing on the door.

Hi, can anyone tell me roughly how much is it at a certain size? I am thinking of putting a layer of glass for all my study tables.
