It won't be that fast.... Even after opennet has installed the termination point, still need to wait for months before you can actually use it.

I can PM you some quotation I got from some aluminium contractor which I got from fellow forumers. I didn't use them due to package negotiation deal with my ID. -

Ridiculous pricing 1) Item 1.1. At 7.3 meter, I am assuming it's is about 3.65 meter top cabinet and and 3.65 meter bottom cabinet? each row of cabinet if it is standard wood laminate, should be about 100 to 130 pfr. At 7.3 meter total length, total feet run is about 21 feet. So, it should be about 2100 to 2730 2) Item 1.6. At 4.6 meter, total feet run is about 14 feet. Solid top should not be more than 100 pfr, so max should be 1400. 3) Electrical pricing is at least 2x more expensive than it should. 4) Painting with top premium paint for your unit size should not be more than 1200 5) Your window area looks very little... Is it full height? If not, paying 5100 for window and grill even for WPC is too expensive... -

Today is the 2nd day renovation started.... Went to take a peep today and saw about 8 bangla working.... They were clearing the hacked debris and carting sands to the kitchen and service yard. Quite impressed to see that they even sweep the floor at the ground level directly below our place. Wish I could take some picture but the whole is too dark due all lighting taken out. Went out again to NTUC to buy 2 cartons of packet drinks but they have left when I returned to the place....

Are you talking about my flooring? I gave up parquet flooring but changed to laminate due to - cost. The current marble really cannot make it. I know it can be polished but we didn't like the design. Moreover, some rooms are broken marble, some are slab. Initially we thought of just laminating the room but finally decide to do whole house except kitchen and service yard. - lack of time. We only have like 40+ day to do renovation. - maintenance. tougher to maintain compared to laminate

Hi guys, Is there any actual difference between these 2 type of paints after some time? Please comment.... Thanks!

Worth Buying Old Hdb
beluga replied to xanadu's topic in HDB BTO Flat, Executive and Private Condo Development Updates
If family is small, new flat is a no brainer as the design is better thought out like - Less visible toilet pipings - Larger window area - Electrical point with no visible trunking on the ceiling -
Zero seems to be away in oversea as what I understand from Madam Tan over the weekend.... No idea when he'll be back....

We did conceal cabinet on most of it except in our MBR where it is way too shallow to make a cabinet plus the aircon bracket is there, so we will jsut seal it to make it flush with the wall.... you can see it in our 3D design...
-
Welcome to RT.... Looks like you will have the same issue like ours.... Underneath the window has shallow area which don't do hidden cabinet look ugly, do also too shallow....
-
Yea..... 100K reno for EM is common....

Renovation will start today! Ordered the Fujioh FX900 (SGD380) and Rinnai RB-3si(SGD495) from Zero during the weekend.... Didn't know there is a cheaper model with inner flame....

Should be mounted on the sink. Again, from the experience of blanco and carysil granite sink, there is strip of granite area which allows the plumber to drill holes to mount the tap. Not sure how will be to mount on granite top unless your tap head can extend very far into the sink area otherwise it can be too near to the edge of the sink as it will hit the rim of the undermount.

All some ventilation for maid's room too....
-
welcome to rt! Interesting design and no space wastage despite being odd shaped! Looks like you are mahjong fan? It will drive your maid nuts! hehe.... Seems no ventilation for the maid's room too....

I don't know about other brands but as far as blanco and carysil is concern, each sink has topmount and under mount variation, so I'm sure it would fit nicely for below the tabletop if under mount is chosen.
