The 46" D6000 can buy. I saw courts selling $1899 for D6000, $1399 for D5500 -
Oh ok. It's the camera angle

Are you placing your sofa beside the door because your ceiling fan installed near the front gate?
-
I'll cut and paste the instruction and follow. Thanks

I have a friend with similar floor plan layout as yours. They hacked the storeroom away, so it becomes open concept kitchen cum living room. Maybe you can think of leveling the height of the kitchen to the living room.

Now I start to recall what is LEW. I handled two renovation for my ex company. It was a separate cost to get someone to come and certify the electrical work. This cannot be done by the electrician himself because even if got problem, he will certify no issues. If the contractor recommended you this electrician, like what May said, tell your contractor about and get his advice. If he gives you craps, I don't think you should pay your electrician. You already know there is a problem with the electrical work, what for pay him?
-
You won't want to get short circuit everytime you on an electronic appliance right? You might want to hint him that you are asking SP to do a certification after he finishes his electrical works. If he fears, either he will do his job properly and quickly, or he will run away without finishing his job. If he chooses the second, then you save your money and engage a new electrician to complete his job.

Too shy too post, seeing so many people have unique designs, special theme, expensive stuff, mine renovation is too simple to be posted. I got my inspiration from this blogger - http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=43893&st=0 Same floor plan layout as mine. -
If I'm not wrong, there's a blogger here who paid $200+ for certification from SP, after electrical work completion, but you might need to book appointment first. Call SP and check the exact date for visiting, then you won't delay the payment to the electrician for very long.
-
You better engage SP to certify your electrical works after his completion. Don't pay him first.

Ya, 5th tap looks not bad, at least you don't get to see how the water flows out, and it is still in glass shape?
-
But seriously speaking, the transparent taps look very nice when it is new, but when it starts to get dirty or "grow algae", will you want to see how the water flows out from the tap?
-
Cannot take out the cover and dip in mama-lemon detergent to wash?
-
I prefer number 2. U don't have to worry about cleaning the tap. Just wipe the surface and done.

BTW, your floor plan same layout as mine. Is it Serangoon North flat? -
If you have purchased your door bell, then no choice, got to ask electrician to do. But you didn't, why don't buy a battery operated door bell? Don't need to connect electrical line to the door bell.

Yes! Her's way too much overquoted. The ID/contractor thought her name is "Robert".
