  1. Just for the records - I was wrong for 4ft table, it's not foldable at the center, just legs can fold. At nex and Jurong Point were only 6ft on display and the saleslady told me that 4ft is foldable at the center as well so I thought that she should know..... Today I was @ AMK Hub and there in FairPrice Xtra saw both tables, 4ft and 6ft. 4ft with foldable legs 6ft with foldable at the center and foldable legs (measurements are for storage)
  2. What are you mean by "hanging picture"????? Is that some kind of oil paintings or photo picture or something third......?
  3. Few days ago I saw that kind of table in FairPrice Xtra @ nex (shop.mall in Serangoon Rd) and @ Jurong Point (Boon Lay MRT). 6ft was S$ 59.90, and 4ft was S$ 39.90 - both foldable at the center. As well, you can check this web-site http://www.prolog.com.sg/maxispace/foldingtables/foldingtables2.htm .
  4. There is a new shop Casa Kidi http://www.casakidi.com/ with children furniture, so you can check there. As well, I think that I saw something like that in one of the shops in Furniture Mall @ Beach Road.
  5. You can check here http://www.crystalhome.com.sg/products1.html . They have a nice range of shoe cabinets. Harvey Norman should have some of them, as well as UnikHome (#03-12, Furniture Mall @ Beach Road). Regarding the other comments about no placing shoe cabinet in the house - by my experience, that is not true at all. I really cannot say what are you doing with your shoes that they are smell so bad, but all shoes of my family of 4 are in the house and, just to say, I have 2 teenagers who are wearing only 'converse' ....and there is no any smell. If you leave shoes outside in the air and after few hours put them in the cabinet, there will be no smell. Anyway, you can find at various shops scent small balls (usually wooden) for put them inside of shoes if they have any bad smell so there should be no problem with that. As well, with no offence, but shoes must be cleaned from time to time, especially sport shoes.......
  6. Saw that Lush have a lot of those round side tables - you can check: - http://www.lush-lush.com/catalog.html?page=shop.product_details&flypage=zoom_flypage.tpl&product_id=1146&category_id=2 - http://www.lush-lush.com/catalog.html?page=shop.browse&category_id=20 - http://www.lush-lush.com/catalog.html?category_id=47&page=shop.browse&limit=150&limitstart=0
  7. Found something similar, but I don't know if they have in black : - @ BoConcept - #04, Paragon (http://www.boconcept.sg/extendable-tables.aspx?ID=91183) - @ Calligaris - XZQT, #03-19, ION (http://www.calligaris.com/code/10069/Tables/Option) (http://www.calligaris.com/code/20923/Tables/Performance-consolle ) Depth 90 (http://www.calligaris.com/code/10633/Tables/Baron-x-tension ) Depth 128 (http://www.calligaris.com/code/9967/Tables/Baron-x-tension )
  8. Or maybe this one (http://www.excelhw.com.sg/store/stationery/kitchen-wire-baskets.htm?p=2 ): Or this (http://www.innerwerkz.com/hanging1224.php ) :
  9. Found one more - look at http://www.leahuat.com.sg/wbn/slot/u407/pg%2031-62.html , page 32 of catalogue.
  10. Look at http://www.leahuat.com.sg/wbn/slot/u407/pg%2003-30.html , page 29 of catalogue. Maybe this is what are you looking for......
  11. Why don't you order that from Ah Seng Stainless Steel, where you took photo from???
  12. In Ikea you will find quite big range of mirror cabinet different sizes and high (not just for above basin, they have some like side mirror cabinet of 194 cm) - http://www.ikea.com/sg/en/catalog/categories/departments/bathroom/20802/ . Very convenient is that in that link you will find prices as well as all dimensions. For our bathrooms, we ordered mirror cabinets from carpenter cause we needed them in some odd dimensions which we couldn't found anywhere. So, maybe that can be one of the solutions for think about....
  13. Anyway, maybe you can't imagine how that bed can look like so, just to give you some ideas, there are some nice corner beds: - this one is one 'old-fashion', but there are lot of drawers aside so space can be very wise used - this one is with built-in lights above - and that one is my favourite . Place above the headboard can be used like a storage for some items which you are using not so often (like blankets or similar), to open like a lid with hinges However, those are only my ideas cause I like some unusual things. But, people usual are not so willing to accept some "strange" ideas cause they are not very familiar with them......and this bed is definately something that you cannot find in most of apartments or flats..... But, it's very hard to give you some ideas for your bdrm with no any dimensions.....
  14. Well, yes.....but it looks very odd and with no enough space to walk between wall and bed cause of this corner which should be rounded In general, for me that will be the best solution cause every side of the bed will have equal space for person to stand up with no bumping to wall, which could happen in some of your previous versions.
  15. Wow, I saw that pic already few years ago and I like it very much . Anyway, I'm looking quite long time who can custom made this bookshelves/divider for me, but no success yet.....actually, I've got some quotations but prices are craaaaazy, around S$ 5000 ......I don't think that that can cost so much.....OK, I was at some oriental furniture shops and was quoted for rosewood, but anyway......and no one cannot guarantee me that the shape will be exactly round like on pic cause they should place order in China and many times happened that delivered items are not quite what was ordered......
  16. I cannot find that DIY link, can you paste it here please?
  17. I can agree with that. I bought there all corner shelves for shower areas 2 years ago (brand Welmi) and they are still with no any sign of rust. Supposedly they are coming with 10 years waranty, so will need to wait 8 years more to be sure ...... Song Cho is in Plaza Singapura #04 and IMM #03. Towel racks we bought at Spazio (Balestier Rd) only cause they had model which I was looking for. Towel bars we found at Hoe Kee (Plaza Singapura #05) cause I was looking for longest which I can find (and they are almost 90 cm). WC paper holder we bought at Hoe Kee as well. Some other towel bars for spare bathroom we bought at Sim Siang Choon (IMM #03). Kitchen hanging bars we bought at Sim Siang Choon as well as detergent rack/holder (which is stainless steel, I'm very satisfied with that cause after 2 years is almost like I've got it today ). Kitchen stainless steel hanging shelves we found at Song Cho (Welmi). For kitchen sink we choose Franke brand cause they are the best (for me, at least). We looked for shape (model) not for price so I can't compare with some other shop as we found it just in Asia Excel (Balestier Rd). They have shop at IMM as well, but the same items are around 20% more expensive there - they said to me cause that renting of space is more cheaper in Balestier so their prices there are lower, no matter is that the same company and the same items....
  18. Maybe to look at V.Hive catalogue http://www.vhive.com.sg/press/catalogs/OfficeFlyer.pdf OR http://www.vhive.com.sg/catalogs_flash.html. Unikhome has nice office furniture as well, and I've heard that they custom made http://www.unikhome.com/Webpages/homeoffice.html . I don't know what theme are you looking for, but found something nice at Picket&Rail http://www.picketandrail.com/americana_collection.html (look at 'Working').
  19. That is shop with kitchen and bathroom accessories in Plaza Singapura #04 and IMM #03. I bought there corner shelves for shower area - they were not cheap but coming with 10 years waranty. I really can say that after 2 years of having them under shower they are without any sign of rust - so, quality is . But, I'm not sure if you will find there those shelves which you are looking for as I don't remember that I saw them there...... Your shelves looks to me like they are costum made from some metal contractor. Maybe to go somewhere around where are those contractor who are working with metal items (sorry, but I don't know where, that's just idea....).....
  20. We bought ours at Natural Living @ Park Mall. Another their shop with balcony furniture is at Upper Bukit Timah Rd (maybe more convenient cos of parking). Prices are quite OK if you are buying there when is sale period. Big range of balcony furniture and quallity is OK - we bought ours 2 years ago and since then is on our open-sky terrace (meaning, shine and rain, no roof above it). http://natural-living.com.sg/ , but there is not to much to see, better is to go at some of their shops. Just saw that Picket&Rail Factory Outlet have some clearance sale http://www.picketandrail.com/factory_outlet_specials.html . As well, you can consider to look at 2010 Lifestyle (IFC @ Sungei Kadut or Furniture Mall @ Beach Rd) http://www.2010lifestyle.com.sg/ . When I was there they had interesting prices, but later found those items at Natural Living so I didn't bought anything there. Anyway, they offer custom made and you can choose colour. There is one another http://www.uniqulus.com.sg/index.asp which look very interesting.
  21. We bought there this sampan-boat bench 2 years ago already, but no any problem with that....no insects or whatever..... Just to say that filling is quite low-quality cause is already unshaped and we must to change it....
  22. Real leather upholstery will be quite expensive, really......since that will be your 'secondary' sofa, why not try with sintetic leather? Maybe you can try with Hot'Seat http://www.hotseat.com.sg/ . You can sent them email with photo of your sofa and get estimated quote. I've done it like that with my bench for which I need upholstery and they replied already next day. No harm to try ......
  23. There is another one, from Hafele - online brochure http://www.hafele.com.sg/sg/en/documents/HSI-brochure-Elitewardrobe.pdf . And they have stated the price S$ 160.
  24. You didn't mentioned where you were charging like that...... This pic is from Excel online catalogue http://www.excelhw.com.sg/index2.php?option=com_flippingbook&view=book&id=9 , page 118-119. There you will not find any price, but you can call them and check by catalogue number of item.
  25. It's nice when you can do that kind of drawings on iPad, I didn't know for that app.... Regarding the master bedroom layout, can you maybe shift wardrobe on the bathroom wall? Assume that main door opening is inside the room so maybe it's not convenient to bump to the wardrobe side panel when you enter the room......or maybe to do it L-shape in that corner between main door and bathroom wall? Bed - how will look like if bed will be located diagonal in the right down corner of the room? Meaning, that the headboard and corner will look like an triangle? That corner can be used like some storage place (for blankets or something similar) as well as nightstand for lamp. In that case I will make a little bit round that external corner of bathroom, just that passageway between bed and wall be nicer. Can you do some drawings for that with that app on iPad and show that version as well?
