Condition quite poor. so need major renovation *2 Toilet - total change, tiles, sanitary, pipes for the sanitary *kitchen cabinet - hacked and build new ones *hack two walls * hack cornices which is yellowish This flat is # near market (10mins walk) # near LRT station (5mins) # blocked view front and back (north south facing) # 8th floor # corner, near lift kindly urgently advise as we're not sure if their asking of 50K is too much for a run-down flat! thanks so much!
