    Your contractor should bear the cost of changing to white for you. His mistake anyway.

    Depend on the flat age. For old flat, base on HDB floorplan if they did indicate a difference in kitchen and living room floor, your contractor die die have to do a step down for you or else HDB not approve. For newer flats, if come original no step down or difference in height it's okay for a full flat surface.

    75sqm wow very small. I bought a resale 3 room corner which is upgraded and it's 80sqm Also undergoing renovation i will say 70% completed now.

    I also interested in this fridge. You could go to LG website for Italy or Europe to see this. Model and design is same. They listed it as GR B399 ... Seem like only Best Denki and Harvey Norman have this from what i check.
