hi, welcome. im from dew spring as well. yes, u can hack and cover up the bomb shelter. PE is a engineer who will assess if the wall u proposed is safe to hack anot. not all walls requires PE assessment. half wall usually is fine. i did a tblog, u can take a look..

hi bro, i got it at one shop at chong pang market which sell paintings. according to him, it was the last piece... i got it for $280 with frame included. acrylic painting.. actual paniting is quite nice..

ya the colored pvc turns out to be quite nice.. we liked it alot as well.. makes the room looks cosier.. and yeah... lots of soft toys....
