hi guys... i haf a brand new aircon for sale... Panasonic system 1, non-inverter 24K BTU which fits dining and living... i gotten wrong model.. communication error with designer.. sigh.. I can't return or top up to exchange to inverter... and i want to install an inverter unit... the contractor told me, its hard for him to re-sell the non-inverter aircon after opening up the box and installed it.. unless there are ppl who is interested to buy over from me.. letting go at $1.2K which is ard $500-$700 cheaper than buying it brand new... juz that the aircon is already installed and mounted at my unit.. its totally brand new unused cos my place is still undergoing reno... you may pay a site visit to be sure its totally brand new and unused.. warranty card is still with contractor as i haven paid yet.. those interested, i can get my current aircon installer to relocate and install onto your unit FREE OF CHARGE!!!.. i will bear the necessary installation charge, exclude PIPING for your unit... Hi All... would like to check if parquet re-varnishing work will be dusty? reason im asking is Designer mentioned this will be done only at last stage.. not too sure if after carpentry is up or not... he is suggesting the below in stages.. i've only completed my tiling, all wet works and electrical wiring.. house is in mess and super dusty... - false ceiling - painting - House Cleaning <== after this cleaning, will my floor be protected with corrugated paper again? - continue electrical work eg light fixtures - aircon installation - carpentry work - continue final touch up painting - parquet re-varnishing (may i know what is the actual work process when they re-varnish) Normally after carpentry work is done, does ID provide house cleaning again before handover? appreciate fellow renotalks guidance... thx
