Hi All, I'm a newbie just bought a 2nd hand house small unit 1200sqft ,7yrs old pretty good and well maintained conditioned yuppie previous owners.Its basicall move in but being new looking to do minor Reno Like: 1-2 toilets(chg toilets Bowls, maybe remove one of the standing shower glass screen so can extend my basin)would removing the bath tub cost alot?as don't think I'll use la 2-Kitchen cabinets(still very good condition but just Wana do new as can last longer) 3- do a wardrobe using one of the rooms(remove the existing 4 door built in and covert the whole room to our wardrobe) 4-paint job whole house 5- marble floor polishing hall n corridor and parquet in the bedrooms to varnish. 6- change 2units aircon in the hall and 3 units in the rooms 7- home shelter to construct Shoe cabinets and Storage area racks 8- Living room,construct tv console or maybe some wall feature Any estimates for this kind of job?how much would it cost me? Appreciate all comments and help I can get..thxs a lot guys

Hi all, I'm very new to this....just got a small unit(2nd owner) and taking the keys in mid Jan2012.. M planning to do some Reno and for peace of mind also some FS read. Would appreciate some advise on the time frame- 1- should we get the FS read done right after collecting keys?but afraid by then my Reno and layout of house should hv been firmed with the ID Liao. 2- should we arrange for a FS read with the current owners permission to come by one day and get it done?bcoz we don't want to inconvenience or intrude too much on their privacy too.. Appreciate some thoughts or comments?all comments are welcomed and grateful.. Thx u!!
