Dear all bros and sisters and experts here, I am a new reno here. Recently I have plan to reno my whole private unit. The headache thing is that my family still have to stay in and my daughter still needs to play piano. The worst thing is to remove the ceramic tile in my living room is so messy and noisy. So the ID suggested to put laminated floor on the tile and therefore no need to remove the tile which is cheaper, cleaner and easier. I was also told the engineered wood can be used as well. Can any expert here suggest me which one is better to go for my case? Any experience to share? Budget is not a problem for me...My living room is about 35 meet square and dinning is about 12. Thank you!
