Washing machine 7. 2 computer tables 8. 1 single bed frame + mattress 9. 1 queen bed frame + mattress 10. 1 dressing table + stool 11. 1 clothes closet 12. 1 roller chair 13. 1 prayer altar (which I need to dismantle myself) 14. 1 foldable table 15. microwave oven 16. grinder (kitchen appliance)

hi, We are engaging different ppl for painting our new home and doing some carpentry work (New built-in wardrobe). Which one should we do first? Painting or wardrobe? Very simple qn but then would greatly appreciate answers. Thanks.

I visited Courts and found that their prices are way marked up but of cos they have quality and I guess they are pretty reliable too. I need the following: 1. 3+2 Sofa 2. Dining table (rosewood or solid wood) 3. Wardrobe Someone recommended Novena to me and I read a bad review about them on the net. Anyone has experience with Novena to share? Any other good furniture shops to check out? Appreciate the advice!

Hi, We are going to hire a painting contractor to paint our 5-room (122sqm) resale HDB flat. We intend to use just one colour for the whole house as we have some budget constraints and we have chosen Nippon 3-in-1 medifresh as we have young children and felt this might be suitable. I have been reading some of the posts and I understand there is another item called sealer which painters have to use before beginning the actual painting. Could someone recommend a good sealer for me? How many can do we need for a 122sqm house(3 rooms, 1 hall, 1 kitchen)? Is there anything else we should be aware of? Other than sealers/paints etc what else would the painter require to do a good job? I guess the contractor can advise himself but then I wish to know beforehand if possible. Thanks in advance!

Hi, We recently purchased a resale 5I HDB flat. We are intending to just do some painting work before we move in. The house itself is about 122 sqm and there are 3 rooms + hall + kitchen to be painted. We are not looking to use many colours. At the most we intend to use 1 colour for the hall & kitchen and another colour for all the 3 rooms. How much can we expected the cost to be? Will appreciate any advise. Thanks!
