Thumbs up for Zero. Ordered my Rinnai 3CG cooker hob and Fujioh FX 900 Hood from him 2 weeks ago. Went to paid deposit to Mdm Tan, date was actually scheduled to deliver end March, but due to reno starting and my ID request for the cooker hob to be send in lst, i have to request to Zero to reschedule. Expecting delivery tomorrow. Will recommend him highly to all.... very accomodating.

Hi Nice kitchen you got there. Your sink, is it industrial squarish sink or normal round edge sink? is your tap mounted on the sink or counter top??? thanks
-
Hi All, Need your advice and contribution... I be doing concrete base for my hot/ wet area. Counter top is granite top instead of homo tiles. Sink wise, I am looking at undermount. Here comes the difficult part. I am being told by my ID to look for sinks that have the tap outlet mounted. Reason given is that lesser chances of leakage and lesser problem should there be leakage. ID also say it will be better to cut a hole in the sink rather than cut a hole in the granite top As i prefer durability, I been looking at industrial sinks (thickness is approx 1.2mm). However, alot of industrial sinks does not have the elongated platform to house the kitchen tap (for under mount purposes). Just to check, if you are looking at doing undermount sink, is your kitchen tap mounted on the counter top or on the sink? Any pros and cons of each position of mount where the tap are located (on the sink or countertop?) ? Thanks in advance

i never took HDB tiles and doors pros - u can use ur cpf to offset the amount tiling cost approx 5k depends on size of flat cons - workmanship and choice of tiles -if u dont like it, have to live with it. For doors, i believe if you engage those manfacturers, can get better quality doors at cheaper prices...i got mine at 290 each..from Yontat doors at Eunos as recommended by one of the forummers here. Service is good. Lots of choices for u to choose, can even add silver colour lining or SS lining...

Fridge and washer I mainly look at cost ( which one more value), warranty terms and duration, and reliability Lg not bad for washer, formerly is goldstar Fridge can look at hitachi which have anti mold seals This feature normally is one of the wear and tear item in fridge tht is more prone to failure

Hi I received a number of pms asking me for contacts for the ac installer. I have no problems in sharing the contacts. However, I wish to clarify tat I am in no way linked to my installer in terms of montenary gains and there are no commission given to me if u have engaged them Each call or discussion with my recommendations are solely between u and the installer Although my own personal findings and experience with their work is satisfactory and have been a pleasant one, and also after knowing them due to my previous work ( I used to sell ac refrigerants), it would differ from people to people due to different sets of expectations I would like to seek ur kind understanding that decision to use or to engage them should be after ur own research and findings or sourcing of other quotes as a comparison I like to stress that I would not like or want to be held responsible for anything tat MAY go wrong as diff pple do have diff expectations It is a no obligation thing and up to each individual comfort level Good luck and happy sourcing Regards Yee
