living room balcony kitchen the windows have been fitted - black color with light grey tint...next week will start tiling....

was told the gas heater now comes in 8L and cost $148..still undecided betweeb storage, gas, instant... but high chance i will be getting a gas dryer though...

that really looks bad....i dun think PU leather can only last for 1 year...that is ridiculous.... my mum's cheapo sofa from courts at 299 last for more than 2 yrs now...with very heavy usage, and kids around somemore.... i seriously think u should pursue this and get a foc upgrade to leather....

haha..i need to check the corners and edges every nite when i reach home..usually they are all right...but if we reach home real late, they will go haywire...guess they miss us too much....keke... my kitchen is matt grey tiles, looks like cement screed floor...hope its ok.. i actually hope my furkids wont go up my new bed (my current bed has poo and pee sometimes)...but i think its very hard...have the habit to ask them to jump up the bed...my girl can jump quite high..my boy is a bit clumsy though...keke...

i need to vacate my current flat by 1 jun, and i just started reno yesterday, ID say will take 8 weeks...i haave already planned to shift to my mum's place for about 6 - 8 weeks...but will store my stuff in one of the rooms...during the reno...no choice as rental really very expensive.

how abt membrane trimmings? I also brought this issue up to my ID and she say will use membrane trimmings for my carpentry....but not for kitchen...kitchen will use ABS trimming...coz membrane cannot take too much heat, thus cannot use for kitchen.

i am doing up my 5I now...total cost will be 50k for eveything....including windows, electricals, etc..i outsourced some items to save a few k, if not the final cost will probably be abt 55k....all these not including toilet accessories, sink, aircons, hob, hoob etc....i categorise all these under furnishings...keke

aircon first as my id says i need to run the water pipe thingy under the tiles....(dunno what they call it)...so i have to decide on my choice of aircon by tonight...

was quoted 3.2k for rewiring my whole house...gosh..that's alot of money!!

made some changes to my reno ... - decided to go for parquet in the bedrooms, so will be taking out the tiles... - ID will FOC upgrade my $3.40 tiles (no-anti-stain) tiles to anti-stain tiles at $3.80 for the living/dining area.

no lah..i was thinking luckily u pointed this out..if not, there is realli no turning back once the tiles are laid... better to make sure my id checks with hafary again..and talks to more dog owners, before we lay the tiles.... watever we do, must think of the furkids...hehe....initially i wanted to have the bedroom tiles for whole house..but hubby not keen..wants glossy homo tiles for living and dining..bo bian...

i am worried abt the kitchen also..coz its not dark colored...so scared if stained, will be obvious...haha..think i getting confused..coz i ask my id to check on the living, might as well ask her to check on the kitchen as well..coz they do their business in the kitchen usually.

just called my ID, she says Hafary says that the tiles are not anti stain..jialat.... so she trying to see if there are similar anti-stain tiles or not....especially the kitchen....she says matt finishes tiles dun have anti-stain leh....

the glossy white tiles are for living and dining, the red sticker there says anti-stain....will i have problems? coz i usually dun see the pee until some time later...hehe..
