just an update tat my mattress cant sit in the bed frame properly due to a design fault.....now trying to get in touch with FC to see what they can do for me.... the side of the frame and the bed base is not on the same level, making my mattress sink in... they should have design the base to be on the same level as the side frame, if not, then they would need to increase the width of the frame so my mattress can sit in properly... sigh...

if u go furniture mall at beach road, look for Peter, the store manager...he is very meticulous and managed to get the dimensions of my bedframe right even after i signed on the drawing (w wrong dimensions)...he managed to pick it up and reconfirmed before proceeding with the order.... if u go s. kadut, dunno whether can meet up with the logistics manager, steven..he came personally with his delivery guy to replace the sofa legs for me....nice...

received my sofa and bed from FC.....nice nice.... i have a problem with the legs of the sofa...and they came back the next day to change the legs for me. The delivery guys are also very polite and helpful..they spent a long time tryign to fix the legs coz its not balanced... so i would say service is good, items are solid and nice....

its actually located at Clementi Ave 2, blk 352...lam choon furniture...bot from a old ah ma.....very nice..always offer us drinks or sweets whenever we pop by....but my 390 is special rate lah...coz she knows my family... white lights...haha..my whole house all white lights except foyer... my KK mattress is stated to be 12" thick....but hor, when it arrived, i check, only abt 10.5" to 11"at most... now my bidet spray leaking water..my contractor say coz i never off the valve after use..so most probably the pipe burst liao coz cannot take the pressure..ask me to buy 2 more new bidets to replace...told him to send his plumber to check before i go buy, i had enough trouble basing on assumptions for my reno already. will officially move in this sat,so fri will settle most touch up...

ya..got it at my regular neighbourhood furniture shop...should have bought my king sized frame there too...will probably save me abt $600.....sigh....

huhe price difference my bedframe - 1200 (king) boy's bedframe - 390 (queen) both PU leather...

ya..its sitting on the floor...there is leg support inside though.... shouldn't be as high as the maxcoil bed.....sacrifice comfort for design... oh..ok...perhaps will take a shot of the kitchen with the top cabinet lights on....

yup...i have 3 T5 under the top cabinet....

hi gals i was also thinking how to prevent my boy frm marking on the washing machine....very diff to clean leh.... was telling my hubby maybe buy pee pad like babytan and paste on the washer..so the pee wont stain my white LG washer... Any ideas? he loves to pee at the corners of my washer and fridge... we usually only lay papers on the kitche floor...

i too had a tough time with the bed bugs.....was bed bug free for abt 2mth plus...now, they seem to be back coz my son was bitten on his stomach, 5 bites in a straight roll... i have been trying to eradicate them sinc eearly this yr till now...think we got it from my relative's house, which is few units away...coz my kids go over to play.... and i am planning to shift over to my new house very soon....how to ensure that these pests do not go over?

i got that answer too..they are charging me $400 to do laminate on the outer base...for kitchen cabinet and tv console...sigh...

ya..actually wanted to do cement screed..but my id says if the dogs pee, it might seepp into the cement, and leave a smell, so she wont recommend...the tiles are the best matched liao.. staying on the 11th floor nia....top flr is 25th....will call the hdb officer later inthe afternoon..

seems like water leakage/seepage is a common problem.... solid surface up - dun like it..bad choice....haha common toilet Sink water seepage @ dining area water seepage @ common toilet

haha..looks weird, rite? anyway, bo bian, have to shift the hood up, then find a way to deal with the side support... she say she meant to leave 3" ventilation space for the hood... jessie have to buy the toilet sink and support coz of the pipe ....expensive..but lucky it turns out nice.... my toilet bowls are SIMS brand...cheap...
