hlkhl i have the same problem and they have offered me 2 other models at discounted rate. Mine was also bought around the same time as you, maybe 2 months earlier in 2008. almost same design with adjustable headrest, black, 3m long. Anyway I have just disposed of this sofa yesterday (mine cost 3.5k, full thick leather) and is awaiting my new casa italy sofa today.

Hi just to share that my 2.5 yrs full leather thick leather sofa from FC also peels and cracks....this sofa also cost 3.5k... sigh...now on the lookout for another set.... my old set from casa italty lasted 5 yrs with dogs digging at it also no pro....just tells how good the quality is from FC....

can I ask how big is your flat in terms of sq m? looks huge!

Hi there Just to let you know that I have exactly the same tap bought 2 yrs ago..it was rather pricey ($400+) and after 2 yrs, the spray started to leak. So now I am just using the normal tap.

my old set of sofa is from casa italty too, bought from macpherson in 2003. I would say no issues, good quality leather. a 3 seater then cost me $1.3k...back in 2003. till now, i still like that sofa...very comfy and good quality. however,2 yrs ago, when i shifted house, i went to the shop again looking for new sofa (din see any designs that i like liao...).....

somtimes u may have accidentally "brought" her home.....without knowing....this sort of things do happen....

go look for peter if u are at the furniture mall...furniture club...he is the manager and is more honest (my personal opinion). he is in his sixties already... just an update, furniture club has temporary solved my bedframe issue and now i m waiting for my new bedframe to arrive (coz the China factory made a mistake in the measurements). try calling the customer service at sungei kadut to lodge a complaint....has ur sis made full payment yet?

update : after waiting for 2 weeks for my "new bed frame", i called up the logistics manager to enquire when my new bedframe will arrive. And he told me that that old bedframe is the correct one!!! he just need to adjust the woodplank up to level with the sides! My goodness...if i dun call back, he will never get back to me and I will still be waiting for my "bedframe" to arrive from factory. This is real bad, how can he forget abt my order.... so after this incident, i am not so satisfied with the service anymore....angry angry...
