Wow, seems you doing quite extensive renovation. U overlay part of the kitchen area? coz you mentioned that tiles for kitchen backsplash? Knock down 1 rm for walk in wardrobe? We moved in le, night time very quiet.. Blk D not alot of people living yet. haha Every night only 2-3 units lit up , we are facing the big empty field like you.

I see, for us we not particular abt the distance it protrude from the our tv feature wall, the tilt make it easier to throw the wires into the hole of the feature wall. So hows the design coming along? Started already? For the cement screed, u have to be proactive and keep pestering HDB haha

Hi Kim, Y u need to buy a wall mount? I thought samsung offer wall mount installation free up to 6 mths from your purchase date for tv size of around 40" and above? I called samsung to install my tv mount last wk and the one they give is quite good quality and it can tilt at an angle. Brought my tv from Courts

My Id's carpenter also burst my conceal waterpipe, they repair all the things and I ask them for extra warranty against this area in case of future leakage due to the burst waterpipe

Ya... originally say mid Mar... now i dunno when can move in... When install the kitchen cabinet ytd, they accidentally drill a hole in my water pipe... I WANNA CRY!!!! Call HDB, they say contractor to weld back the pipe, do water pressure test, observe for a week. I ask my designer for some sort of compensation or warranty in a event that the water pipe burst after we move in... SIAN SIAN SUPER SIAN!!!! Ask your contractor to use a metal detector to detect the exact location of the pipe before they drill, the blue sticker is a good 10cm away from my actual pipe, I read HDB rules, the blue sticker is jus an indication, contractor have to verify the exact location themselves. For the cement screed, you can go HDB cck, they will give u a form to fill up, you have to give them 1 of your padlock keys also, or if your designer already change to a number lock, u can give them the number lock password.
