sounds good!! hmm... we intend to have just false ceiling at the foyer and dining area. whereas the living area, we will just leave it as it is will it look weird?? also, we include the divider at the main door, then 2 rows of downlights that we intend to have will be separated by the divider. will this look weird? or if i use the divider as the guide for the edge of the false ceiling as shown, will it look weird too? but then my dining and foyer area will be reduced and placing of downlights will be quite difficult...

i did wall tiles on one side of my svc yard wall MIL says makes cleaning easier...

living area confirm have hanging lights but dining area thinking of doing without it but one concern is, are the downlights bright enuff? er... dun care wat halogen lights or PLC lights. i dun understand a thing leh i just want lights that are bright enuff... so which to use?

we were deciding between F&P and mitsubishi too although the mitsubishi has larger storage space for the vege, the tempered glass shelves and the closing caharacteristics of doors of the F&P won us over... pricing wise, not much diff. mitsubishi is made in thailand and F&P is made in new zeland

any suggestions on which part of the living/dining areas shd i do for the false ceiling and for the locations of the downlights?? cant make up our minds....

yes. whole house airconditioned. hubby din wanna put for the living room but i want... we paid additional $160 for better copper casing and insulation or wat they call it total for the aircon is 3.9k. if take inverter will be ard 4.5 or 4.6k liaoz! i'm looking only at 7 or 7.5kg
