Confusex

Hi all, I am new to this forum and I would like to seek help/idea for renovation. The current flat is around 10yrs old already so maybe need full renovation. I thought of renting a house temporary while flat is undergo Reno but it is hard to find hdb with short term rental in this case. Kindly provide me some advise if you had experience handling similar problem. Thanks
