for the tv console, not sure if you will want a tainted glass doors for it rather than laminated doors. its more of a pratical reason for me as you will be able to access the cable box, sounds system , dvd via remote without opening the cabinet door.

do take note of the trap below the basin of the MBR toilet, it will be expose if there isnt any cabinet, which will be an eyesore. the 3d design didnt show the trap.. that why it look neat.

better to get it change. everything will be conceal after that. i can imagine the night mare if any pipe burst after moving in..

Foundation are much more important than aesthetic, just like human. I keep most of the original doors in the house and can comes up to a substantial savings. Hmmm, are you @ district 19?

We have since move in our renovated place for 4 months and we hope its never to late to share it. The place we got was previously tenated out and I guess you can imagine how terrible the state of the place will be. My fiance and I actually enjoyed the whole process of the reno perhaps we are fortunate and grateful to have a good ID , project coordinator and also suppliers of the accessories. Of coz there are minor hiccups but nothing serious to bother us.

you can apply the floor plan thru BCA also. http://www.bca.gov.sg/BuildingInfoPlans/request_copy_plans.html 1.Apply online $20 plus within 5 working days they will reply you. 2.Once you get the reply from BCA , you need to go down personally to BCA at maxwell to choose the floorplan/drawings you want . abt $25 per copy. best is to get your ID to go down with you. 3. Need to show BCA your option to purchase to prove that you are the owner. I got problem getting my floor plan with the previous owner and MCST . hope this help ..
