  3. Hi tt777,

Yes, my ID/contractor for my house is InspirationID - George for around $23K.

Mine is a 4R flat with a small balcony. The reno is coming to 1 year soon, so far I still satisify with the reno (mine just a simple one as you can see from my t-blog). So far my ID - George still response to my issue quite promptly.

  4. wow..nice place you got..condition of the flat is well-maintained and nice!! Welcome to RT and wish you have a smooth reno. Hope to see more pics soon

  8. Hi Gwen, I read from another forum (can't remember where) that Mr Toh is particular just a contractor (know nothing about designing). So basically he may not able to convey or relay well about designs. But not doubt the capentary work is good - as for mine which is not done by him - workmanship not really good - still acceptable. But at least my contractor - George still take my call if I face any prob with the capentary issues (after reno for 1/2 yr)
  9. Hi Gwen, Welcome to RT and punggol community. My house also done by Inspiration ID - George but too bad Mr. Toh is not my contractor that time (he has too many projects on hand). Hope you have a smooth reno.
  10. Hi, Welcome to punggol community Hope to see more reno pics soon.. Have a smooth reno.
  11. Personally same as smartgold - I oso think side by side door fridge is a waste of space..it really takes up space for a small kitchen and the storage is not really that big ..my 2 cents worth Still waiting for your reno pics..hehe [i think i roughly can guess where is your place..a nice place]
  12. Hi, go to Punggol Sapphire facebook (have to join the group) - i remember c someone post in the facebook for the item for Bosch washing machine. My Samsung washing machine also need to get the tap adapter to connect the tap.
  13. Welcome to renotalk and punggol community Me same as cookiez stay @ punggol sapphire and everyday will walk pass your place to go mrt..shortest route.. Hope to see your reno pics soon and wish you have a smooth reno.
  14. LOL..i will try my very best to guess..haha.. No need to guess mine as it is clearly stated there hahaha
  15. Hi triton, maybe you can check wif yr ID whether the service yard door can be adjusted that it is open from the service yard instead from the kitchen..becos i know 1 of my neighbour in my estate does that (dunno how to describe correctly - hope u understand wat i mean) i noticed at my estate some of the neighbours due to limited kitchen space - in the end they actually hack away the service yard two walls & the door to extend their kitchen space..so that the fridge and washing machine is at the service yard..(maybe you can check wif yr ID n feng shui master whether this is ok).
  16. Hi Pink, Welcome to RT and punggol (me oso from punggol). But i can't figure out which part of punggol u at from your floor plan..hehe. Cool theme - resort..can't wait to see more pics
  17. it seems that your renovation has coming to finish soon..cool..nice black and white concept.
  18. Hi, welcome to renotalk and punggol community. So which part of punggol? We didn't have extra $$ to consult feng shui master so our sil/bil have sort of given us some feng shui advice they have learnt. Like our house entrance once open the door will directly see our living room window & balcony - so we have do roller blinds (both side of the windows - blinds always down except the center one is up) and put a plant (can't remember the english name of that plant) at the windows and near the balcony (you can see one of my pic at my blog) - is told that it will prevent the 'cai' (wealth) being flow out of our house. as for kitchen..as long as the cooking stove don't face the toilet or opposite the washing sink will do. Hope you have a smooth renovation - hope to c your reno pics
  19. hihi.. I think I roughly know where is it..600+ right? Mine is @ Punggol Sapphire (near to the Punggol haunted house..hehe)
  20. Hi, welcome to RT and Punggol community !! So which part of Punggol you from?
  21. Wow..fan also got price increasing one har..lolz..we also like Haiku fan but the price is too exp that exceed our budget...so no choice we have to let it go!! I remember last Nov when we checked out the price..only ard S$600+.
  22. cool..smooth reno then..
  23. ooohh...so fast got caught..lolz.. yeah..we have the same layout..same balcony size..hehe
  24. from your floor plan layout I also figure out that it is facing the main road..becos those facing the garden only MBR and one of the bedroom window is facing the garden..the other bedrm is facing the side..but yours are all facing the same direction.. So your reno already started?
  25. LOL...that's my 19 mths old gal notti corner whenever she is not a good girl safe place as my balcony is fully grilled from top to bottom with plants..oohh..i'm giving too much hints on which unit i'm staying ..lolz
