Hi~ Anyone has any recommendations for built-in Oven and also built in microwave? Built-in microwave seems limited in the megastores to find. Initially only wanted built-in Oven, budget around $800. Realised that aesthetically and space wise, better to put a built-in microwave in the kitchen's tall unit as well. Does anyone have any recommendations for either?

My living room design: Initial Stage: The usual cove lighting(Squared around the living room): My friend said too old school, so i tried something new. Current Design: Added another recessed area in the middle: I plan to add something i came across just now in this forum there, which is this: The current design is still quite bare, haven't thought of how to design the custom tv cabinet yet, and the sofa and dining table are just placeholders to see how much space is needed. Also, i intend to knock down the kitchen dividing wall, it's allowed right? The floorplan shows some weight bearing pillars, but what about walls? Does it mean anything that is not black-ed can be knocked down?
