I had an open concept kitchen in my old flat. Life was not smooth for us, many quarrels, hotpitalisation etc... FSM adviced us to erect the wall back and after that, things improve. -

I took the grant of $40k thinking that I won't be going for a new flat. Regretted because now I have to return $45k as I have booked a new flat. If possible, don't take the grant.

No, not this kind. I saw this at the recent expo fair. What I have in mind is those that are complelely flush with the wall, will only realise there's a hidden bed when you pull it down.
