Is Xin Min Pri Sch Consider 名校?
renoseeker replied to wonderlee's topic in Pregnancy,Parenthood and Education Matters
No need to care about the branding of the school la. If your child is self motivated, he/she can make it no matter where he/she starts from. If he/she don't want to learn, what school or what tutors you hire also no use. Better to spend time and effort on teaching the proper learning mindset and interest them about learning. -
YES! School is fun! I like studying and all. (Don't bombard me as a freak....okay maybe a little bit freaky) But seriously, I find that long breaks get boring after a month. A longer school year would probably mean a better distribution of homework, assessment, exams. It's not the amount that gets the students, it is the whole rush deadline thing that causes stress. If all the homework can be more spread out, then there would not be so much stress. School would be more enjoyable.

YES tuition is not bad. Prompt reply, staff not stuck up people. Ex teacher and grad is more than enough...P3 school work is easy...Maybe overqualified, so you pay more for just for the piece of paper called degree (I have two P3 students myself)

You can try other agencies. The agents will have a record of the properties on sale, bid how much etc. I don't think laymen like us can check genuine offers. I hope to be corrected by more knowledgeable poeple out there

Cool site...so using Aliexpress can buy directly from the factories in PRC? If it's reliable, then it's worth a try. Thanks for this!

It should be around these prices I think

No problem. What is KSH? And why don't need to worry?

LOL. Sounds like you have a vendetta or something. I don't think all IDs are bloodsuckers. There are some good people around. Of course, you got to balance your needs with your budget, but saying that all IDs are out to get you is like saying all insurance agents are evil and all salespeople are corrupt. Extreme views like this is not really useful.

Nice...I love furniture from Grafunkt. More durable and classy wood

Has Any1 Bought Taps, Hobs, Hoods From Jb?
renoseeker replied to Vecheron's topic in Plumbing & Electrical Works
I don't think its worth the trouble, time and effort. For taps especially, unless you are very sure of the measurements of the openings etc, you will definitely need to keep changing with the shop for another tap. For my house, I went down to the shop at Balestier 3 times, just to change taps, because the taps cannot fit, hole too big etc If you buy at jb, it would be a nightmare to change all these stuff. I am sure you don't want to spend money on things that you cannot use. So my opinion is to better play safe -
Provided that your main contractor is good I guess? Good luck for your reno, tom_kkh!

You can ask the contractor for contacts. I am sure he/she will be able to recommend. Some contractors will do it themselves, to earn more money. But need to be careful that the guy really know how to paint
